Compass is a new 487-unit residential neighborhood, by Cal Atlantic Homes, located in Boulder County, at County Line Road and Arapahoe Road in Erie, Colorado.  Erie is building a new town park in Compass, and one of the area’s many biking trails runs adjacent to the community. Compass is just a mile from Erie’s downtown area, and a short drive to both Boulder and Denver.  It will consist of single family homes and condominiums.
